Background in Promotion of Products, Events & Administration Management of major events within Australia and management of administration and promotional teams. She has a passion for solar and electric fueled energy and a love for the ocean environment and the super yacht industry.

Background of strategic planning, joint ventures, large sales team management, major events management, property and resort development, Yacht Building Technique Expertise, asset protection. Grant specializes in electric engine energy management systems which aims to utilize AI artificial intelligence. Grant was bought up on boats and learn to drive at the age of five. Grant believes the only way to move forward to protect our oceans throughout the World long term is solar/electric boating.

VITALIK SWARIK

International Translations Manager SYPA

Background in Russian, Ukraine, English speech and document translations. Vitalik is the head of international business translations for SYPA. He consults with international bodies on a regular basis in regards to import/export products on behalf of international purchasers and SYPA’s organisation. He has a passion for the evolving high end solar electric super yacht industry and is resourceful when it comes to foreign team building and corporate joint ventures.

Background as high-end business operations and personal assistant to the director SYPA within Ukraine and surrounding countries. Mariia speaks multiple languages including Ukrainian, Russian, English. Mariia deals with international clients on behalf of SYPA Ukraine on an executive level in areas of administration, contracts, sales, team building and Joint Ventures. She has a passion for the entire boating industry and for sustainable environmentally friendly energy within it.

Steve has been in the boat sales business for 26 years. He’s seen business go from strength to strength in NZ since he and his Father Don opened the doors at Nelson marina in 1993. A re-branding took place and expansion throughout NZ followed in 2010. With Don’s passing in 2013, Steve has now taken the reins and has 5 office locations in New Zealand, Auckland, Picton, Christchurch, Nelson and Wellington. Steve likes to offer plenty of support to help people make the best decisions when buying a new Silent Yacht. Steve trained in marine engineering after leaving school, before moving on to a career in live performance lighting. He still enjoys this as a hobby, along with cruising local waters in his own Yacht.
